Dory is the heart and soul of Victory Farm. As founder and director, she is the woman with the dream. She has brought her love for horses and helping others together with grace at this wonderful place.

Christine comes to us after serving approximately 8 years as a volunteer at another equine assisted therapies program and has been a part of the Victory Farm family for the past 2 years. She is EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth & Learning Association) trained, and has ridden and been around horses in various capacities off and on throughout her life. Christine volunteers several days a week at Victory Farm to feed and care for the horses and farm, and to assist with horse training and classes. She's a team leader, volunteer trainer and a certified Special Olympics Equestrian Coach. Christine also serves on the Victory Farm Board of Directors.
Mandy Hales is a Registered Nurse who believes in the power of mentorship. She began her journey in nursing as an emergency room nurse in 2002 and now provides mentorship to the next generation of nursing leaders. She dreams of one day opening her own facility that raises horses for therapeutic riding programs.
Her biggest accomplishment to date has been completing her MSN in Nursing education and being accepted into a DNP program. She is a recipient of the North Carolina Great 100 and is a key player in the transition to workforce practice team at CaroMont Health.
Mandy Hales lives in Mount Holly, NC and has a lifelong love of horses. She is an avid student of horsemanship. Mandy devotes herself to the care, safety and welfare of our rescue horses and riders. She volunteers several days a week. Participating in horse and farm care, team leader, volunteer trainer and certified assistant coach for Special Olympics. She also serves as a member of the VF board.
Kelly is an amazing volunteer here at Victory Farm. He is patient and kind with our riders and horses and he can fix anything in the barn. A talented horseman and natural protector of all ... Kelly is truly valued here at Victory Farm.
Kelly has successfully completed the PATH Therapeutic Driving Instructor Training and will continue in assisting with the cart & carriage driving program.
