Dory Pell

Dory is the heart and soul of Victory Farm. As founder and director, she is the woman with the dream. She has brought her love for horses and helping others together with grace at this wonderful place.

Certified Horsemanship Association Instructor of Riders with Disabilities: Cognitive

Certified Horsemanship Association Instructor of Riders with Disabilities: Physical

Special Olympics Equestrian Coach


Susan Teague

Susan is an incredibly dedicated volunteer at Victory Farm. She does everything from take care of horses to teaching lessons with our riders. She is an essential part of our program and we are so grateful to have her.


Susan has successfully completed the PATH Therapeutic Driving Instructor Training and will be heading up the cart & carriage driving program. 


Susan is the Certified Special Olympic Assistant Equestrian Coach. 

Kelly Cheshire

Kelly is an amazing volunteer here at Victory Farm. He is patient and kind with our riders and horses and he can fix anything in the barn. A talented horseman and natural protector of all ... Kelly is truly valued here at Victory Farm. 


Kelly has successfully completed the PATH Therapeutic Driving Instructor Training and will continue in assisting with the cart & carriage driving program.
